2.Confidentiality of payment information

Our store promises not to disclose your payment information to any third party. All payment processes will be conducted through a secure platform to ensure your privacy and security.

3.Payment problem handling
A unique payment voucher will be generated after successful payment, which is the sole valid proof of order confirmation; screenshots or verbal confirmations are not considered valid. Cross-account payments are supported (proof of account association is required), but each order can be linked to a maximum of 2 payment accounts, and the payment ratio for each account must be clearly specified during payment. If duplicate deductions occur due to system errors during payment, the overcharged amount will be refunded to the original account within 7 working days, with no interest accrued during this period.

Possible payment problems include incomplete payment records caused by sudden network disconnections during the payment process. Users are advised to check the payment status in the app after reconnection; if the status is unclear, they can initiate a payment verification request, which will be processed within 4 hours. Additionally, payment failures due to exceeding the daily transaction limit of the payment method will require users to either split the payment into multiple days or use a different payment method.
